An Immersive Cooking & Eating Experience

Want to learn a few basic recipes to add to your nutritional toolbox while eating delicious, locally sourced food?

We’ll get together and I will prepare a multi-course tasting menu loaded with local meat, fresh veggies, fruit, and herbs. You can participate as much as you want or simply sit back and watch. I will explain the nutritional benefits of all the foods I am preparing and serving, how they may support your health, and give you the tools to prepare some of the garnishes, ferments, dressings, and sauces that are a part of the meal. You’ll keep jars of our creations to stock your own Nourishing Cellar: herb oils, sage butter, sauerkraut, probiotic herb dressing, lemon tahini sauce, tarragon Hollandaise sauce, etc.

If you do a Nutritional Therapy consultation with me before this experience, I can create a menu that will meet your specific, bio-individual needs for support. But rest assured if you don’t- we will create a menu that is generally supportive and tasty!

All inclusive fees: $250 for two people, $75 each additional person
