Though I work with all ages to support a nutritional foundation of health, I especially love working with women in the transitional time of perimenopause. This is a time of great shifts as our hormones affect every cell in our body and we are rewired physically, mentally, & emotionally.
It is a crucial time to asses our lives and change what we need to change in order to set ourselves up for a healthy and vibrant transition into joyful and wise elderhood.
I love working with nutritional therapy clients to optimize nutrition during this critical window. I also hold nourishing retreats and monthly Council Circle to support women with community—one of the most vital components of aging well.
I also curate Tending the Transition Newsletter on Substack where I share personal essays (I’m in Perimenopause too!), prompts, nutrition and lifestyle tips, recipes, and sometimes videos about the foundations of nutrition. Come check it out!
