NUTRITIONAL THERAPY SERVICES

INITIAL ASSESSMENT AND RECOMMENDATION PACKAGE/ $325.00**:

  • 3-day Food and Mood Journal Analysis - I’ll take a look at your food and mood journal and assess for macro-nutrient ratios, nutrient density, and blood sugar regulation. It will help us connect the dots between what you are eating and how it affects mood, energy levels, sleep, and digestion.

  • Comprehensive Initial Interview Questionnaire- You list your concerns and goals along with some personal health history to give me a big picture view of your current state of being.

  • Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ)- A thorough questionnaire that gives me a baseline about where your body is functioning well and where it is needing more support. Every symptom that you may be experiencing (digestion issues, sleep troubles, acne, joint pains, etc) has a root cause and this questionnaire will help pinpoint the foundations that need the most attention.

  • Symptom Burden Graph - A visual graph that shows where the foundational support is needed. Over time we can compare graphs and see your improvements or where additional support is needed!

  • 60 minute intake call  - Our initial call to delve deeper into your intake forms, clarify your goals and concerns, and discuss the findings of the NAQ. In person or Zoom session.

  • Plan of Action - With your bio-individual needs in mind, I will craft a recommendation document for you that addresses foundational priorities and gives you a road map moving forward. Links and/or PDFs with additional resources such as protocols, books, blogs, recipes, research, etc are also included. Supplement recommendations included, if applicable.

ADD ON: THREE MONTH SUPPORT PACKAGE/$450.00**

  • Follow up support- Two 30-minute follow up calls a month (six calls total) will be scheduled to check in on your progress and make modifications to recommendations as needed. I will be available for unlimited questions and support via text and emails. This is led by you and your curiosity! At the end of the three months you will fill out another NAQ form to see your progress and/or what needs more attention. On our last call we will make a game plan for future healing.

**If these fees are not within your financial ability and/or you are interested in trading services, please contact me to discuss the possibilities. I want nutritional education and therapy to be available to those who wish to support their bodies, so I’m open to different forms of compensation.

Disclaimer: The fundamental goal of Nutritional Therapy is to encourage people to become knowledgeable about—and responsible for—their own health. An NTP helps individuals reach their optimal level of overall health by supporting and bringing balance to the five foundations listed below. All five are built upon a single, solid base: a properly prepared, nutrient- dense diet. Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Fatty Acids, Mineral Balance, Hydration. By supporting each of these foundations and helping clients adopt a more nutrient-dense diet, the body's chemistry can be brought back into natural balance, setting the stage for optimal health. Nutritional Therapy is not designed, however, to treat any specific disease or medical condition. A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is trained to evaluate your nutritional needs and make recommendations of dietary change and nutritional supplements, not medical diagnoses or prescriptions. No comment or recommendation from your NTP should be construed as a medical diagnosis or prescription. Reaching optimal health requires sincere commitment, possible lifestyle changes, and a positive attitude. If you are not willing to change how you eat and live, Nutritional Therapy is not the right approach for you. Since every human being is unique on a biochemical level, we cannot guarantee any specific result from our programs.

If you suffer from a medical or pathological condition, you need to consult with an appropriate healthcare provider. An NTP is not a substitute for your family physician or other appropriate healthcare provider. A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is not trained nor licensed to diagnose or treat pathological conditions, illnesses, injuries, or diseases or prescribe medications. If you are under the care of another healthcare provider, it is important that you contact your other healthcare providers and alert them to your use of nutritional supplements. Therapy may be a beneficial adjunct to more traditional care, and it may also alter your need for medication, so it is important you always keep your physician informed of changes in your nutritional program. If you are using medications of any kind, you are required to alert the NTP to such use, as well as to discuss any potential interactions between medications and nutritional products with your pharmacist. If you have any physical or emotional reaction to Nutritional Therapy, discontinue their use immediately, and contact your NTP to ascertain if the reaction is adverse or an indication of the natural course of the body's adjustment to the therapy.
